Our Executive Chef, Paul Mudge, won "Best Dish" at this week's Brewmaster's Dinner with a malten chocolate cake w/ caramelized bananas paired w/ Brooklyn Summer Ale! In commemoration, he received this lovely trophy topped with a golden six-pack of beer. Congrats Paul!
