For the past year, we have cultivated relationships with local farmers and food artisans in an effort to obtain a consistent supply of fresh, local, seasonal farm fresh produce, and to locate truly local food products. The task was more difficult than you might imagine, and we are thrilled to tell you that our work has paid off. Our spring menu features "A fresh approach" to our eclectic Louisiana cuisine.
